Once you've placed your order we will prepare it for shipment over the next 2-3 business days. The majority of items will ship using USPS. Items that are handmade, special order, engraved etc will take longer than normal to be processed and shipped.

In our effort to do our best and our part to be responsible and lead a more sustainable existence, your order may ship in a box that is not new but will be in great condition. The majority of the items will ship in non-tear bags. Boxes will be used sparingly and reserved more so for breakable etc type of items. 

NOTE: *Most orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped at no charge. However, items that are bulky, oversized and or are very heavy, may incur some or additional shipping costs. We will let you know if your order is affected, prior to shipping.

Backorders and Out of Stock

We will notify you of any item(s) that is on backorder and give you an approximate availability date. Once the item is back in, we will let you know when you can expect your order to ship. With backorder items you have the option to cancel the item and be fully refunded for that item. Keep in mind, if the refund of this item has any effect on any discounts given or promotional offer, that will affect the amount being refunded back to you. You also have the option to chose another item in exchange for an item of equal or greater value. Any price difference will be charged at the time the item ships.

You will be able to request to be notified when an item is back in stock. Nothing will be shipped, nor will you be charged. If out of stock item(s) become available, we will contact you. If you would like to purchase the item(s), we will take payment at that time, your order will be processed and shipped out to you.

If there are multiple items and one or more items are on backorder, we will ship the item(s) in your order that are available, first.

NOTE: While backorder indicates an item will be back in stock at sometime in the future, an out of stock item implies there isn’t a date for resupply and a there is a possibility that it never will. 

Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking and shipping notification via email.Overnight Shipping

Orders placed for overnight service before 1:00 PM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) We will absolutely rush ship for you however,  it will need to be paid for by you.


We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service. 

Canada International Shipping = 15% of Merchandise Total

Shipping Rates Duties and Taxes
Shipping rates are based on a percentage of each item i.e. 15%. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process. 
NOTE: We do not cover any fees, taxes and or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Refused Shipments 
If you decide to refuse any shipments from radhippie.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to radhippie.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
