Returns | Exchanges
We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery for most but not all items in new, original condition. Exception to this is in the event you receive a damaged item, we must be notified within 72 hours from the day of delivery. See below for proper procedure.
Items marked and sold as "Final Sale" are final and are not eligible for refund or returns.
Items returned mustn't of been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags, packaging etc. must be attached and returned with the item to eligible for refund..
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: hair accessories, earrings, body jewelry, and or smoking products.
U.S. RETURN PROCEDURE
Returns for a refund will be refunded to your original payment method (i.e. credit card or Paypal) and depending on the item, may or may not have a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Email email@example.com for a return authorization number.
- Once you have obtained a Return Authorization number prepare your shipment.
- Clearly write your Return Authorization number on the outside of your shipment.
- Any returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card or Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $7.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Ship us back the package to the address below and make sure to obtain a tracking number.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
***Most but not all new, unused items may be exchanged, provided our return policy is followed and your return has been authorized. At time of authorization you will be given a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that any return to us without a RMA will be refused and sent back to sender at the sender's expense. For more information please see our refund policy.
In the unfortunate event, you do receive a damaged or defective item we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Please NOTE: In order to return the item, you must phone or email us within 72 hours of delivery and provide us with detailed information including the order number; as well as photos of the packaging and the damaged item or items you received. The product must also be unused.
We will then give you a Return Authorization Number (RAM). Once given a RMA number, you will then be directed as to whether or not to dispose of the item(s) or to ship the item(s) back to us.
If granted a RMA, we will replace the item at no charge to you, including a return shipping label, if needed.
Please do NOT get rid of the item and packaging until you have received a RMA number from us... otherwise the item may not be eligible for return.
