Returns | Exchanges
We'll be bummed if things don't work out for you, but no worries... we accept returns within thirty (30) days of delivery.
For all clothing returns please don't return anything worn, washed, or altered in any way. All items must be returned with tags attached if applicable, packaging if product specific and in original condition.
Things that are not eligible for refund or exchange include "Final Sale" purchases and personal items such as hair accessories, headwear, earrings, body jewelry and the like.
In the unfortunate event you receive a damaged or defective item... no worries. Send in the item within the 14 days. Once we receive the item, we will replace or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Returns for a refund will be refunded to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal etc). All shipping charges are non-refundable.
For your convenience, you can process your own return on our site and a USPS return label will be provided for you. Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that any discounts given may be affected by a return for refund.
Your refund will be processed within approximately 3 business days from day we receive the item. Items we receive that are not in original condition or missing tag(s), parts or product specific packaging will not be refunded or exchanged and may or may not be returned to you. If you would like the item returned, you'll need to cover the shipping costs.
We want you to purchase with confidence... knowing we got you if an eligible item(s) doesn't work out the way you wanted.
